Last weekend was a nice get-away. We took our tent and sleeping bags and "camped out" next to my parents motorhome. It's an easy way to "camp" but still get to sleep in a tent and enjoy the great outdoors. The weather was fantastic and Danielle enjoyed the beach, sunshine, walks, and outdoor games. The RV park had a playground where Danielle spent lots of time.
Danielle is getting to be a very independent little girl. It's fun to watch her try new things and want to do them by herself. We used to go for a 2 mile walk and Danielle sat in her stroller with her baby, crackers and juice. Now she wants to walk herself and we push an empty stroller! The walks take 3 times as long and sometimes involve her falling down but it is a whole new experience and the cutest thing ever when she stops and waves to cars when they drive by.
