Sorry it's been so long but two weeks ago Danielle and I got the flu which was a really awful week. :-( We got better just in time to leave for Maui (praise God!). We had a wonderful time, the weather was beautiful, and Danielle was the best traveller ever. Here are 2 of my favorite pictures from the trip. Daddy and Danielle hanging out at the pool and Danielle having her 1st Mai Tai (non-alcoholic of course). It was fun to spend so much time outdoors. Danielle loved the birds and fish she saw. She looked so cute in her sun dresses, jean shorts, etc. We packed a lot of excitement into only one week. The guys (Jeff, Dad & Tim) took a bike ride at sunrise from the top of the Haleakala volcano down to the beach while the girls (me, Mom & Danielle) did a little shopping and relaxing together. We also went snorkeling, whale-watching, on a dinner cruise, to a luau, on a plane ride over Maui and the big island of Hawaii, visited Hana and one evening we went to a great comedy/magic show. We also did some exploring, played cards, and enjoyed the view from our balcony. Now we are home and getting back into our routine. I will try to keep this blog updated on a more regular basis now! Danielle continues to amaze us every day. Next time I'll write about what she's doing now.
